Are You Fertile? – Here’s How to Find Out
To be able to get pregnant successfully, you must know when you are most fertile. Knowing when you are fertile is important so that you will be able to know when is the right time to engage in sexual activity hence become pregnant. By tracking your fertility, you would also know when the right time for you to conceive is. There are some ways to help you figure out if you are fertile or not. During the present time, are you fertile? Are you taking infertility drugs for women? That may have something to do with it. If you want to know if the answer is yes, here’s how.
The first thing that you need to do to determine fertility is by inspecting the secretions of your vagina. What kind of secretion is this? This is what is called as the “cervical mucus” because it is produced by the cervix. Whenever you are menstruating, what usually happens is that large amounts of mucus are being released by your cervix. When the period is over, the mucus is already reduced to a minimum. Usually, the mucus would look foggy and thick but it would change when it’s already midway through your cycle. If the cervix mucus is now as thick and white as egg white, it’s a sign that the ovulation period is already fast approaching. At this moment, are you fertile or not? Yes you are.
You can find out how your vaginal secretion looks like after urinating. All you have to do is wipe your vagina and look at the secretion. Observe the thickness, color and consistency of the mucus. Once stretched and it did not break, you will instantly be able to determine are you fertile or not if this occurs. Another sure way to find out whether you are fertile or not is by tracking your basal temperature. If your baseline temperature is very high, then it is a sign that you are fertile. There are many other ways in which you can determine your fertility but these are so far one of the most effective ways to find out.
