Start with tiny exercises that will increase the mobility in your fingers. Clench you fingers and wrist 10 times a day as the first form of movement in your hand. This will strengthen the wrist and eventually increase the ability to increase pressure on your hands.

Though these are all remedies to help you improve the movement in your wrist post surgery one needs to take care about any pains that they may experience. Do not start any exercises of make any change in your diet without getting the approval from your doctor. Though holistic methods of healing do not have any side effects one must refrain from using them without consulting with a doctor.

Every person takes a different time to heal so do not be disappointed if you take a few days to get back to your normal activities after your surgery.
