One easy exercise that you can perform before you start your day is to rotate your wrists clockwise and anti clockwise 15 to 20 times before you start your work. This helps to ease any tension in the wrists and loosens the nerves and helps to prevent pressure from being exerted on the wrists.

It is important to take a few breaks during the day in order to prevent damage to your wrists and arms. Another easy exercise requires you to stand straight with your arms stretched out in front of you. Extend your wrists in front of you and extend your fingers. You need to feel pressure being exerted from your fingers. Hold this position for 5 to 10 seconds. After that straighten your wrists and relax your fingers for a few seconds. Now extend your wrists once again and squeeze your wrists and clench them as tight as you can. Bend your wrist downwards. Again hold this position for 5 seconds and then relax your arms. Repeat these exercises 10 to 15 times before you start your work. Do a set in your breaks and then do a set at the end of your work day.

Another exercise that you can perform in the comfort of your home includes standing with your hands and fingers stretched in front of you as if you were stopping traffic at a signal. Hold the position for a few seconds and then straighten the wrists and relax them. Continue this exercise for 5 minutes. Now stand in the same position and clench your fists. As your clench your fists rotate them clockwise. This will loosen the nerves and the pressure that is being exerted by clenched fists will control pain in the wrist.

If you are in a position where you exert a lot of pressure on your arms and wrist then you need to take care that you do not damage the delicate area in your arms. This means that you must use all measures to prevent this condition. Exercising is an important factor in reducing pressure on your wrists. In addition to this you need to be careful when carrying heavy weights and avoid exerting pressure on your wrists.
