Find Success With The Best Way To Quit Smoking

Trying to give up smoking? If so then I’m sure you are aware that you are not alone. There are plenty of people at any given time who are trying to kick the habit, and the one thing you can be sure of is that just about all of them are having a hard time of it.

Stopping smoking is certainly one of the most difficult things that we can attempt to do, and most of us have made several efforts over the years to live a nicotine free life. Every year more and more products emerge on the market that claim to help us quit, from nicotine replacement therapies and electronic cigarettes to hypnosis and acupuncture, most of us have tried at least a few of them.

Are stop smoking aids really the answer to your problems? The truth is that most of them have very low rates of success for the people who use them. Nicotine replacement therapy for instance are reasonably good at helping people refrain from using nicotine over the short term but they do keep you addicted to the drug that you are trying to quit. The result is that most people usually end up back on the tobacco products a few months later.

Other things like stop smoking hypnosis and acupuncture are just as bad, as they never get to the root cause of why we smoke in the first place. The reality is that nicotine is all that addictive, its more that we have a psychological connection that we have to break.

The best way to quit smoking is to use a book called “the easy way to stop smoking” by a guy called Allen Carr. This method really gets the bottom of why we smoke cigarettes, and has already allowed million worldwide to kick the habit for good. If you are struggling to quit cigarettes then I suggest you give it a read.
