Another remedy is called malt vinegar which is not a new discovery. How do you use it? You just need to apply it on your armpits during night time and have it washed off when you wake up in the morning. After washing off, you can use the ordinary deodorant or antiperspirant that you use regularly. Deodorants or antiperspirants advertised can also be a good cure for underarm sweating. Hair in your armpit can be the cause of the problem. Do not forget that hair holds sweat and that more bacteria will live. Therefore, you need to shave your underarm. If commercialized products such as deodorants do not work well for you, you can opt for some other treatments like 20% aluminum chloride. These elements are found in Drichlor, Anhydrol Forte, Odaban or Perspirec which are sold in pharmacies. However, there is a downside associated with using aluminum chloride. It damages your clothing.

If you ask yourself, “Can doctors do something about how to cure this problem?”, yes, they can. As a matter of fact, they can perform skillfully medical treatments for it. A treatment called iontophoresis is one example in which spongy pads are specially applied to the armpit. Tap water or a solution of glycopromium works along with these pads as they are used for moistening the latter. These treatments must be repeatedly done or on a regular basis to assure maximum effect. You can avail of this type of treatment at some hospital dermatology or physiotherapy departments. In addition to that, if you see good results, you can purchase your own iontophoresis machine and have the treatment done at home. So, there is no need for you to be a dermatologist to do it. Other treatments include Botulinum toxin, liposuction and surgical removal of some skin.  In Botulinum toxin, you are injected with the formula which stop excessive sweating. Liposuction is a method of removing sweat glands out of the deep layer of skin. If all the cures or treatments mentioned above do not work effectively for your armpits, the last option could be surgical removal of some skin. The disadvantage of this is that there may be a scar after the procedure.
