You must find and feel peace not only from what surrounds you but more importantly, within yourself. Being at ease starts from your thoughts and goes all the way to your surroundings. The notion to these ideas is that, conquering your fear and accepting your possession of it are simply the keys to overcoming panic or anxiety attacks. Remember that the more you elude from your fears, the closer panic attacks will get to you.
