Lime blossom is very effective at relieving tension and soothing nerves, making it a beneficial herb for assisting in sleep. This herb can be drank in a tea and can also be infused in a bath for full body relaxation.
We frequently see it on TV, but having a glass of warm milk and honey at bedtime really can help relax a person before they go to bed.
