Panic attacks are often confused with heart attack and nervous breakdown. Emotional illnesses such as posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia and withdrawal from certain medications or drugs.

How can panic attacks be cured? There are 3 quick and simple panic attack cures. The first one is recognizing that you really are suffering from this disorder. You can never escape from this reality but if you do, it will even trigger the problem. The second cure is by identifying the things that cause and/or trigger the attacks. The last is that an accurate diagnosis from a doctor must be obtained to find out what type of panic or anxiety disorder you actually suffer from. This will pave the way to discover some reliefs.  However, these are just 3 of the few possible cures for the attacks.

Another effective way is to share your feelings with someone you trust, a friend or a family member. Having an outlet will always make you feel better.
