Piles Treatment

Like mango seeds, black berry fruit is also good for bleeding piles. It must be taken every morning with salt. For two to three months in a row during its season. All ingredients must be fresh. Bleeding piles can also be relieved with onions. Thirty grams of onions thoroughly rubbed in water must be added with sixty grams of sugar. The patient must take it twice daily. Walls of the piles can be detoxified through intake of wheat grass juice. The entire procedure is done by giving an enema with lukewarm or margosa water. Wait for 20 minutes then 90 to 120 ml of wheat grass juice enema is given and must be retained for fifteen minutes.
Another valuable option is the sesame seeds. They must be ground to paste with water added with butter for bleeding piles. A popular remedy for piles is Chebulic Myroblan. It is a bearing herb. The fruit must be roasted till it turns brown in cluster oil and then pulverized and stored. Take ½ teaspoon of the powder at bedtime. It is essential for normal bowel movements in the morning. You can also boil six to seven dry fruits in ½ liter of water and use it for bleeding piles. You can also make these dry fruits into paste with bland oil for external applications.
Apart from the aforementioned natural remedies for piles, you can also opt for over-the-counter treatments. Topical creams can be effective for piles. They can be applied either with the use of fingers or cotton balls on the anorectal area affected. Those creams that contain hydrocortisone reduce pain. Swelling and itching. Internal piles can also be treated with over-the-counter suppositories. They are inserted directly into the rectum through the anus. Aspirin and ibuprofen products can reduce the pain and discomfort felt by the patient temporarily. Ice packs are also a valuable treatment. Another OTC treatment is the witch hazel, a liquid applied on the affected areas using cotton balls. It can help reduce swelling and stop bleeding. There are also witch hazel pads available on the market. Fiber supplements and vitamin E and vitamin C are also effective OTC treatments for piles.
