Hemorrhoids, or also commonly spelled as haemorrhoids, refer to structures found in the internal or the external anal canal, which assist in controlling the flow of stool. However, they tend to become swollen or inflamed due to numerous reasons including constipation, pregnancy, aging and genetics. They can manifest painless rectal bleeding and pain in the area of the swollen haemorrhoid.

There are several hemorrhoid treatments which include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), fiber, increased water intake and exercise. Amongst other famous treatment options also include the haemorrhoid cream, which is designed to soothe and reduce the swelling commonly found in people suffering from hemorrhoids. But did you know that these creams actually have more uses than being just a simple cream for hemorrhoid treatment? Yes, you heard that right. That seemingly simple cream for hemorrhoids actually has tons of uses geared for beauty.

If you’re tired of looking twice your age in the mirror and people coming up to you and asking if you have problems, then you probably need to get some rest or an effective treatment for those unseemly shadows under your eyes. You might want to try putting a haemorrhoid cream under your eye. However, you need to proceed with caution. It is important that you keep the cream away from the eye and focus it solely in the under eye area. To do so, ensure that you have a well-cleansed face. Dry your face and ensure that there are no traces of make up at all. When this is done, you can apply the cream to the area, making sure to stay away from the eyes. Allow the cream to seep in for 20 minutes then wash it off as gently as possible and pat dry. The effect would be instantaneous and you can immediately see and softer and less puffy eyes compared to before.

Another good use of hemorrhoid creams is for pimples and acne. Do you have an area in your face where you just break out of the blue, especially when your hormones seem to be at its peak? Well, if you put the hemorrhoid cream on the area, it will dramatically reduce the swelling. Although it won’t decrease the redness on the area, it will definitely be easier for you to cover it up with a concealer because it isn’t as swollen as before. If you have a cold sore, a hemorrhoid cream can also be a good treatment for it. However, the cream should not be used in any area where you will most possibly lick it such as the lips. You can put a little amount of the cream on the cold sore and allow the cream to soak in for a few minutes.

Do you have problems with your frown lines showing up on your forehead and other areas prone to wrinkles? You can expect the hemorrhoid cream to help you out in that area too. It will help tighten your skin and make the wrinkles lighter. So the next time any of these problems bug you, get your haemorrhoid cream out and start applying.
