There are so many types of exercising equipment available in the market today that it is hard for weight loss enthusiasts to determine what works for them and what doesn’t. A good idea when shopping for exercising equipment is reading user reviews about them. The Tower 200, with an increasing number of loyal clientele and satisfied users, has rapidly become one of the most sought after ways to exercise across the world. This article will provide you with an uncensored Tower 200 review and will help you decide whether this exercise equipment is worth your money or not.

Before I begin my review of this product, allow me to give a brief introduction. Tower 200 like any other typical resistance training equipment except for the fact that you can install it on your doorway. It claims to have a 200 lbs resistance and 200 different types of workouts, which is most probably why they named it the Tower 200. The good thing about this exercising equipment is that it is made for a quick workout, roughly off 11 minutes. Hence, it makes it easier to provide time for exercising instead of setting up reason after reason not to exercise.

The materials used for the Tower 200 are durable and sturdy, which gives me the confidence that it won’t break down in the first year of use. It is constructed solidly and I have found that it is safe to use, with no problems of breaking apart or deteriorating. Another plus side of the exercise equipment is that it doesn’t make any squeaking noises like others of its kind in the market. Therefore, I can listen to music or watch TV while exercising without any problem.

Another good factor to mention is the ease of installation. You only need to fasten the top part of the exercising equipment to the topmost portion of the door and attach the bottom part of the equipment with the bottom portion of the door. Presto, you’re ready to exercise! It’s that simple and easy. The Tower 200 has been readily assembled for you to ensure that you won’t have any difficulty putting it together.

More or less, the effect of the Tower 200 depends largely on how often you use it and your experience on bodybuilding. This is probably not the best equipment for those who are already experienced bodybuilders as it is designed primarily for basic strength and resistance training workouts. It won’t be as satisfying for your body to depend on this exercise equipment alone. However, for those who are newbies in the world of keeping in tip top shape, this is worth a recommendation since it is convenient, easy and hassle-free to use.

Try the Tower 200
