Remember that there are types of shin splint sleeve that are bulky enough that cannot be worn underneath socks and shoes. It is best for you to choose the most comfortable sleeve which does not interfere with socks and shoes. There are other types that are adjustable that are equipped with hood and loop fasteners which permit the wearer to tighten or loosen the sleeve depending on what is necessary for him.
The fit of the sleeve must just be right. Yes, it must be tight but should not be too tight for it may cause restriction of blood flow. The most important thing about the sleeve is its functionality. The functions it performs include supporting muscles in the leg, preventing injury or strain, stimulating blood flow to the muscles and transmitting more oxygen to the muscles. When choosing a sleeve, it is of vital importance that you seek the advice of the expert. You must be careful enough when selecting the right fit for you to get rid of further problems in the leg.
